The firm is based at Ermelo (Gert Sibande District Municipality) and Elukwatini (Chief Albert Luthuli District Municipality) in the province of Mpumalanga. The company was officially registered with the Companies and Intellectual Commission (CIPC) in 2016.

It was founded by two legal minds, who share a common goal of providing quality and efficient legal services to their clients.

The company is 100% black owned, Thus it has been given a level One B-BBEE contributor by a SAIBA registered accounting firm.
